Volunteering
Do you have a passion for Art, Film and Food? Volunteering at Plymouth Arts Centre could be the ideal choice for you. If you have time to spare (a shift is approx 4 hours) and want to meet new people, take on new challenges, learn new skills and be part of Plymouths rising arts community we would love to hear from you.
Volunteers can be any age from 18 to 80. An interest in the arts is a benefit but not essential. Full training will be provided along with regular updates and support. It can also be an opportunity to make new friends and interact with people with similar interests.
In return for volunteering at Plymouth Arts Centre you will receive:
- A cinema pass entitling you to complimentary and discounted tickets
- Full support and training
- The opportunity to meet people and become involved in the local arts community
- Invitations to talks, exhibition openings and other events.
If you think you might be the type of responsible and enthusiastic person we’re looking for please contact us for details. You can find Job Descriptions for Cinema Ushers here, or for Reception here or download an Application Form here and return it to us.
