First seen living in an isolated commune in the Catskills, Martha (Olsen) flees and takes refuge with her sister. As the days pass, Martha is troubled by recurring visions of a coercive cult and its charismatic but ruthless leader. A sense of unease and foreboding hangs in the air and it is not sure what is real and what is imagined.
